The Director of Communities and Citizens Services decides as follows: Approve the Ward Member Budget request from Councillor Miles for £45.00 payment to AT the Bus. The funding will support art as therapy sessions in the double decker bus at the Cherwell school.

Councillor Miles has submitted a request for £45 for the payment to AT the Bus. The Councillor notes ‘The funding will go to support art as therapy sessions in the double decker bus at the Cherwell school, helping with the wellbeing and educational outcomes of children and young people with complex needs. At the Bus delivers 3 small group sessions per day, 4 days a week reaching 21 children per day and 250 children over the course of the school year.’

The Ward Member spend could not be approved; however, the application has been reviewed by the relevant consultees and fits with the scheme as set out within the Constitution.
