To purchase a 1-bedroom flat at 45B Wilkins Road, Oxford, OX4 2HY for a purchase price of £280,000 to be allocated to RRTBR 25/26 programme for general needs social rent.
Reasons for the decision:
In response the above, the decision has been made to use allocated funds of £280,000 to purchase a 1-bedroom flat at 45B Wilkins Road, Oxford, OX4 2HY to be allocated to RRTBR 25/26 programme for general needs social rent in order to provide 1 more additional affordable housing unit for the HRA to respond to the immediate housing need.
