Purchase of a three-bedroom maisonette at 85 Preachers Lane, St Ebbes, Oxford, OX1 1RT for a purchase price of £282,000 to be allocated to RRTBR 25/26 programme for general needs social rent.
Reasons for the decision:
In response the above, the decision has been made to use allocated funds of £282,000 to purchase a three-bedroom maisonette at 85 Preachers Lane, St Ebbes, Oxford, OX1 1RT to provide 1 more additional affordable housing unit for the HRA to respond to the immediate housing need.
