To purchase a one-bedroom apartment at 138 Rose Hill, Oxford, OX4 4HX for a purchase price of £190,000 to be allocated to RRTBR 25/26 programme for general needs social rent.
Reasons for the decision:
In response the above, the decision has been made to use allocated funds of 190,000 to purchase a 1-bedroom bedroom apartment at 138 Rose Hill, Oxford, OX4 4HX in order to provide 1 more additional affordable housing unit for the HRA to respond to the immediate housing need.
