Revised Price for the purchase of 92 Hockmore Tower, Pound Way, Oxford, OX4 3YG. Following further negotiations, the purchase price has now been revised to £195,000. The property is to be allocated to RRTBR 25/26 programme for general needs social rent.

To purchase a one-bedroom apartment at 92 Hockmore Tower, Pound Way, Oxford, OX4 3YG for a revised purchase price of £195,000 to be allocated to RRTBR 25/26 programme for general needs social rent.

Reasons for the decision:

In response the above, the decision to use a revised amount of £195,000 for purchase of a one-bedroom apartment at 92 Hockmore Tower, Pound Way, Oxford, OX4 3YG has been made in order to provide 1 more additional affordable housing unit for the HRA to respond to the immediate housing need.
