Decision:
To approve the sale of 163 Walton Street at a price of £1,250,000.
Reasons for the decision:

Alternative options considered:
To carry out the work required to bring the dwelling house back into repair. This option was rejected as it would have been cost prohibitive and would not have represented value for money.
