To enter into the funding agreement to receive grant from Oxfordshire County Council, for the remaining years of the Oxfordshire Housing and Growth Deal (Years 2 to 4 of programme) for the delivery of affordable housing within the programme.
Reasons for the decision:
To provide continuance of funding as a partner within the Oxfordshire Housing and Growth Deal.
Alternative options considered:
N/A - The distribution of funding from Oxfordshire County Council (the Accountable Body) to the Council and the other district councils supporting the development of affordable housing is a fundamental part of the Oxfordshire Housing and Growth Deal.
