To award the three year contract for the provision of ballot papers to Civica Election Services Limited, in accordance with the Council’s procurement process for a contract value of £95,000 which is within the budget provisionc
Reasons for the decision:
The council’s normal procurement process was followed via the procurement portal. Five quotations were received and evaluated and Civica Election Services Limited evidenced the best value for money.

Susan Sale, Head of Law and Governance in accordance with Contract Rules (19.22(a)) for a contract value between £10,000 and £100,000 and within the budget provision and in consultation with Councillor Susan Brown, Leader of the Council.
