To award a ten-year contract for the supply of a revenues and benefits system to Civica UK Ltd.
Alternative options considered:
The contract award is based upon the tender submissions received for reasons set out in the report to Cabinet on 9 September 2020 “Approval of a contract award for a Revenues and Benefits system”. There was no option to the tender process, as the Council is out of contract with the current supplier at the end of March 2021.
