Oxford Playhouse Trust - A Playhouse for Everyone
Positioned at the cultural heart of Oxfordshire, with the drive to inspire, engage and entertain a wide-reaching and diverse audience, Oxford Playhouse brings together artists and audiences to experience great live performance.
The Playhouse plays an active role in the arts ecology within Oxford, the wider region and national cultural sector; presenting, producing and touring the highest quality middle-scale, small-scale and off-site theatre, developing their practice, creating imaginative and ambitions opportunities for children and young people and embracing involvement by all in exceptional cultural experiences.
The Council appoints one representative annually.
Councillors are appointed as observers to the Board. Meetings of the Board are held four Thursdays of the year at 4:30pm and one Board away day a full day 10am - 4pm in April.
