• Councillor Colin Cook - - as a Council appointed trustee for Oxford Preservation Trust; and as a member of the Oxford Civic Society. He stated that he had taken no part in those organisations discussions or decision making regarding the application and was approaching it with an open mind.
• Councillor Louise Upton - - as a Council appointed trustee for Oxford Preservation Trust. She stated that she had taken no part in the OPT discussions or decision making regarding the application and was approaching it with an open mind.
