Consultation process
Extensive stakeholder engagement took place
during the development of the Skills and Inequality Study, which
contributed to the evidence base for Vision for Skills. Engagement
included 35 workshops involving more than 430 participants, a
resident survey involving 361 residents and a business survey
involving 154 businesses between August 2025 and March 2026.
Further stakeholder engagement was undertaken for the development
of the Vision for Skills including one-to-one interviews and a
workshop between February and March 2026.
