Revised Self-Assessment against the Housing Ombudsman's Complaint Handling Code
Providing the Housing Complaint Policy is
approved at July's Cabinet, we will have to then review our
Self-Assessment against it and get Cabinet's approval of it prior
to publishing it and submitting it to the Housing Ombudsman by 30th
September.
