Tenant Involvement Strategy

The Tenants’ Involvement Strategy will set out the Council’s continuing commitment to tenants and leaseholders, involve them in the decision making processes affecting the properties they live in and detail the way tenants can get involved and the levels of support the Council will provide to them. The Tenants’ Involvement Strategy will include innovative ways of working with tenants to increase their involvement with and across Oxford City Council and will also meet the aspirations of co-regulation as introduced by the Tenant Services Authority (TSA).
