To approve expenditure of £80,000 to develop the design to repair the Gasworks Pipe Bridge and submit the AIP the Oxfordshire County Council.

This decision was delegated to officers under
section 4.4 of the Council Constitution.
The decision was made to transfer £10k to Oxfordshire County
Council to match its expenditure on conducting a survey of the old
gasworks bridge to identify the extent of necessary repairs.
