01/10/2021 - Purchase of the extended and refurbished property at 51 Weirs Lane, Oxford

To authorise the purchase by way of transfer the completed property at 51 Weirs Lane, resulting from the Oxford City Housing Development Ltd Extensions Programme.

Authority was granted for the HRA to purchase the property for £246,000 in total.


29/06/2021 - Purchase of the completed properties at 9/9a Pauling Road

To authorise the purchase by way of transfer the two affordable housing units at 9/9a Pauling Road, resulting from the Oxford City Housing Development Ltd Extensions Programme.

Authority was granted for the HRA to purchase units for £575,000 in total.


15/06/2021 - Transfer by sale of land at Carole's Way and The Oval, Rose Hill to Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited (OCH(D)L) and the purchase of the completed development by Oxford City Council from OCH(D)L

1     To authorise the transfer by sale of land on Carole’s Way and The Oval, Rose Hill to Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited for a consideration of £410,000.

2     To authorise the transfer by purchase of the land and completed housing units from Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited by the Council’s Housing Revenue Account for a consideration of £11,745,000 in total.

 


14/06/2021 - Purchase of completed development sites at Cumberlege Close and Elsfield Hall (updated)

To authorise the transfer by purchase of the land and housing at Cumberlege Close and Elsfield Hall from Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited to the Council’s Housing Revenue Account for a consideration of £ 13,427,300 in total.

1      To authorise the transfer by sale of land between 22 and 23 Harts Close to Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited for a consideration of £1

 

2      To authorise the transfer by purchase of the land and two affordable housing units from Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited by the Council’s Housing Revenue Account for a consideration of £770,000 in total.


28/08/2020 - Transfer by sale of the former Royal British Legion, Edgecombe Road to Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited (OCH(D)L)

To authorise the transfer by sale of the former Royal British Legion site at Edgecombe Road to Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited for a consideration of £45,000.

 


28/08/2020 - Purchase of completed development at Edgecombe Road

To authorise the transfer by purchase of the land and affordable housing at the former Royal British Legion, Edgecombe Road from Oxford City Housing (Development) Limited to the Council’s Housing Revenue Account (HRA).

For OCH(D)L to enter into a build contract to construct 7 homes at the former Royal British Legion, Edgecombe Road to be wholly affordable housing (4 Social Rent and 3 Affordable Rent) it required the Council to confirm the purchase price of these homes and commit to their purchase in order to proceed.

Viability appraisals have been carried out for the transfer of these homes to the Housing Revenue Account (HRA) which show that the scheme is within the parameters set for the HRA.
