The Heads of Finance and Business Improvement and Technology have submitted a report which updates Members on Finance, Risk and Performance as at the end of Quarter 4, 31st March 2014

This report was presented to the City Executive Board on 3^rd July 2014. An extract from the minutes of this meeting is also attached.

Council is asked to include a budget of £162,000 in the capital programme in respect of highways vehicles outlined in paragraph 22 of the report.

The Head of Finance and the Head of Business Improvement and Technology submitted a report and an extract from the minutes of the City Executive Board held on 3^rd July 2014 (previously circulated, now appended).  The report provided an update on finance, risk and performance as at the end of quarter 4, 31^st March 2014.

Council agreed to approve the inclusion of a budget of £162,000 in the capital programme in respect of highways vehicles as outlined in paragraph 22 of the report.
