The Housing Panel is a cross-party Standing Panel established by the Scrutiny Committee to scrutinise all landlord and strategic housing functions, services and issues. This includes reviewing quarterly performance reports and key policy proposals. The Panel meets approximately 5 times a year.

Frequency: 5 scheduled meetings per year

It was replaced by the Housing and Homelessness Panel in June 2020.
