Briefing: East West Rail Phase 1 scheme as it is proposed to be constructed in Oxford Presentation now attached to the reports pack
This meeting is open to members of the public. All are welcome to attend. There is no need to contact the Council beforehand.
Purpose of the briefing -
In advance of the committee meeting to consider applications 15/00956/CND and 13/03202/CND & 14/00232/CND:
(i) to describe the East West Rail Phase 1 scheme as it is proposed to be constructed in Oxford (5 minutes); (ii) (to clarify the requirements of Condition 19 of the deemed planning permission (5 minutes); and (iii) to explain some of the technical terms used in the Committee report(s) (noise and vibration 15 minutes each); with questions at the end if time allows.
Venue:- Assembly Room, Town Hall
Meeting Time:- 6.30pm to 7.30pm on Thursday 11 June 2015.
West Area Planning Committee will determine the application at a special meeting on 16 June at 6.30pm. The agenda for this meeting will be published on 2 June. |
