Following the grant of outline planning permission late last year for the Barton Park development, a dialogue has continued between planning officers and the applicant, leading to the submission of the first "Reserved Matters" planning application for the site. That application will contain details of the junction arrangements to the A.40, and of the main spine road, including the public squares to the frontage of the primary school and the commercial centre.

A briefing has been arranged for the applicant to explain the proposals prior to the formal submission of the planning application.
