Note: Due to public health measures in place to control the outbreak of Covid-19 novel coronavirus, and following discussions with the Lord Mayor and Council Leader, it has been agreed that the Council meeting on 30 March is cancelled. Additonal restrictions on public gatherings were brought in on 23 March 2020 to combat the spread of Covid-19.
