This report addresses comments received on the consultation upon the making of an Article 4 Direction controlling the change of use of properties from dwelling house to house in multiple occupation. The Article 4 Direction will remove permitted development rights for such change of use.
The report recommends the confirmation of the Article 4 Direction.
