Report of the Head of Community Services
Purpose: to seek agreement of the licence fees for 2018/19 where the Council has discretion over the level of fee charged.
Recommendation:
The Committee is recommended to agree the licence fees and charges for 2018/19 as set out in the Appendix and recommend these to Council.

The Committee considered the report of the Head of Community Services seeking agreement for the licence fees for 2018/19 where the Council has discretion over the level of fees charged.
The Licensing Compliance Manager reported that where the Council had discretion no fee increases were proposed.
The Committee resolved to
agree the licence fees and charges for 2018/19 as set out in the appendix to the report and recommend these to Council.
