Decision:
The Director of Communities and Citizens Services decides as follows:
Approve the Ward Member Budget request from Councillor Ottino for a £200 payment to Integrate Community CIC. The funding will support The Barn Nightingale Avenue to continue to run Breakfast at the Barn.
Reasons for the decision:
Councillor Ottino has submitted a request for £200 for the payment to Integrate Community CIC. The funding will support The Barn Nightingale Avenue to continue to run Breakfast at the Barn.
The Councillor notes ‘Funding to keep the Breakfast at the Barn going, which provides a free breakfast on Mondays to those in the greatest need’
Alternative options considered:
The Ward Member spend could not be approved; however the application has been reviewed by the relevant consultees and fits with the scheme as set out within the Constitution.
