The Director of Communities and Citizens Services decides as follows:
Approve the Ward Member Budget request from Councillor Elphinstone for £200 payment to Integrate Community CIC. The funding will support The Barn Nightingale Avenue to continue to run Breakfast at the Barn.

Councillor Elphinstone has submitted a request for £200 for the payment to Integrate Community CIC. The funding will support The Barn Nightingale Avenue to continue to run Breakfast at the Barn. The Councillor notes: No comments were added.

The Ward Member spend could not be approved; however, the application has been reviewed by the relevant consultees and fits with the scheme as set out within the Constitution.
