Purpose:
The City Executive Board (now Cabinet) on 18
September 2018 delegated authority to the Regeneration and Economy
Programme Director and the Head of Law and Governance to finalise
and enter into a development agreement with the preferred
development partner.
Decision:
To enter into a development agreement with the preferred development partner Catalyst Housing Limited. This decision was made by the Regeneration and Economy Programme Director in consultation with the Head of Law & Governance.
Alternative options considered:
No other options were considered after the
City Executive Board decided to appoint the preferred development
partner following a procurement exercise.
