The requested dashboard of landlord services remains delayed as a consequence of the QL implementation and is not available for this meeting.

Chair of the Panel, Councillor Linda Smith, updated Panel members regarding the housing performance dashboard. The ongoing challenges from the QL implementation were still preventing the publication of this information. This was NOTED bv the Panel.

Landlord Services Performance Dashboard
The requested dashboard of landlord services is delayed as a consequence of the QL implementation. It is anticipated to be available for the Panel’s November meeting.

She was working with the Head of Housing to agree its measures, but owing to the issues relating to the implementation of the QL system the data to populate these measures was not currently available.
