35.    20/02019/TPO: 26 Badger's Walk, Oxford, OX4 2GW

The Committee considered an application to fell 2 common hawthorn trees located within area A.1 on the Oxford City Council - Leafield Road (No.1) Tree Preservation Order 2000 and located in the rear garden of 26 Badger's Walk, Oxford, OX4 2GW.

On being proposed, seconded and put to the vote, the Committee agreed with the officer’s recommendation to approve the application because the removal of two common hawthorn trees from the rear garden of 26 Badger’s Walk would not be significantly detrimental to public amenity in the area.


East Area Planning Committee resolved to grant TPO consent for the removal of 2 common hawthorn trees from the rear garden of 26 Badger’s Walk.

The Committee resolved to approve the minutes of the meeting held on 2 September 2020 as a true and accurate record.

The Committee noted the list of applications expected at future meetings.
