This Committee is responsible for appointing Executive Directors and recommending to full Council who to appoint as Head of Paid Service (Chief Executive), Monitoring Officer and Chief Finance Officer. It also has a role in deciding the salaries of the Chief Executive and Directors on appointment. It will consider a report on senior management arrangements every six months.
