Award of the Freedom of the City to Ms Lesley Dewhurst This is a civic event involving all councillors and invited guests.
At the meeting on 18 April 2016 (minute 112) Council agreed that the Honorary Freedom of the City be conferred on Ms Lesley Dewhurst at a formal ceremony to be held on 14 September 2016 in recognition of her work with single homeless people in Oxford over the last 20 years.
This is a ceremonial occasion and is not a full meeting of Council. There is no further business. |
