Westgate Q&A

This meeting has been organised to brief Members on the Westgate reserved matters planning application 14/02402/RES.

The application is to be determined by West Area Planning Committee at its meeting on 25th November.

This meeting will give Members an opportunity to ask questions about the application before the 25th November meeting.  Representatives of the applicant will also be present in case there are questions that officers are unable to answer.  The timing of this meeting will also enable further information to be researched should Members feel that any of their questions have not been adequately answered at the time.

The officer’s report for the WAPC meeting will not be available on the Council’s website before the briefing but details of the application can be found in the planning section of the website.

This briefing is open to all councillors.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this briefing, but will only be able to ask questions if time permits. Questions should be restricted to clarification about the planning application and there is no opportunity to make statements.
